Shipping Policy - Happiness Mart

At Happiness Mart, we strive to deliver your Anti-Choking Device in the quickest and safest way possible. Please read our shipping terms below:

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates 

We deliver across the country. Our estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and any unforeseen logistical delays.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD): For your convenience, we offer COD. You can pay the full amount in cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your location has specific delivery instructions, please mention them clearly at checkout.

6. Damaged Items

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at  happiness mart 997@gmail.com  with a photo of the item’s condition and your order number. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
